Slaves and subs are human too. We all screw up at some point. So do Doms.

In long term relationships, even online only, I think it’s excessive for a Dom to release as well as punish. I bet those subs gave their all. They made a mistake, that’s all and would expect to be punished. They would accept the punishment willingly and probably never entered their mind they would be released unless they were continually breaking the rules, but not for a one time offense.

If both are as committed as they said they should be able to work things out. How sad that a slave gets released for being honest.

I’d be interested to know what you did differently, if anything, with the successfully trained slave and the failed one.

In my humble opinion you’ll never be able to surrender and trust fully if he keeps you as his dirty little secret while remaining with his girlfriend. I understand the strong friendship connection that sometimes happens with one who is committed to another but remember actions speak louder than words. I would be very wary of someone who says they love me yet won’t even be seen in public with you. It’s hard when you want to please someone so much for not real return. Wish you the best.
